Tax procedures posted the highest score among nine groups of key administrative procedures rated by the report Administrative Procedure Cost Index 2022 (APCI 2022).
This information is included in the report Administrative Procedure Cost Index 2022 (APCI 2022) prepared by the Government’s Advisory Council for Administrative Procedure Reform with the support of USAID Linkages for Small & Medium Enterprises (USAID LinkSME).
Administrative procedures in construction sector put the highest financial burden on enterprises with estimated spending of VND64.1 million (US$2,800) to complete one procedure, said Ngo Hai Phan, director of the Government Office''s Administrative Procedures Management Department.
